Any Ideas?? My engine starts and runs fine but only out of gear. With shift disengaged[cold start position] Iget plenty of rpm.Once in gear I can get no mre than Idle speed regardless of throttle position. All linkage is correct new plugs filters all that jazz. and it seems to have come on...
