    Merc 9.8 1982 setting timing and throttle

    Helping a friend with 9.8 merc.<br />Anyone know how to set the timing screws and the <br />position for the plastic throttle linkage. Dont want to spend money on manual he is a poor college student. Thanks in advance for any help
