I recently bought a 96, 90 hp mercury that had been sitting up for about 2 years. nothing was done to the engine when it was parked so it gummed up the carbs. I've cleaned everything and all looks well, but I'm have trouble adjusting the fuel mix. It runs now but dosent want to idle and smokes...
