I have a 50hp mercury serial #09742290, model #MER1050312NB, description ME-50ELO, MADE IN Belgium. I've been told to mix oil 6:1 in the fuel plus oil in the motor . Should I be putting oil in both or just in the motor? Also when I turn on the key I get "ONE" beep till I start the motor...
