    Hi, I am selling a Merc 60 1966 for my Mom, had been my Dad's who has passed on....my question is this...how do I check to see if the motor starts...all I ever remember was Dad putting it in a barrel of water...is this necessary to do if you just want to start it...what are the steps to go...
