    Ayuh,.... It can be wired several ways,.... To do what you want it to do, you need battery power to the float switch, to the pump,..... Then power to the dash switch, to the pump, beyond the float switch,....

    Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,..... Pumpin' the throttle won't do any good, til the fuel pump refills the carb,.... One pump to Wot, Is necessary to set the choke,.... If you shut it down for say 1/2 hr, or an hour,.... Does it act flooded on restart,..?? If so, that would be another...

    Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,..... To test the block for a crack, drain it, isolate the block by blockin' hoses, etc, then pressurize it with 'bout 15 psi of air,... You'll hear the crack, follow the sound to the problem,..... 'n Nope, there's no magic in a can that'll work,....
