Hi all... I'm new to this board so bear with me.<br />1991 mercury 60hp ser#OD035776.<br />Tilt quit working. I disconnected the 2 wires going to the tt motor and applied 12v&gnd. motor wouldn't work. pulled tt motor and it had water inside, brushes gone, arm. burned.<br />I need a motor but...
