I have a 99 200 Merc EFI. The cap on the oil tank on the motor broke.(oil everywhere) I replaced the cap. Now when I turn the key the 20A fuse above the solenoid blows. I've wiped the motor as clean as I can get it but I haven't sprayed anything on it to try to clean the oil. Should I? Or do you...
