    Evinrude 45

    I've just inherited an Evinrude 45. It doesn't run so I'm trying to figure out the problem(s). The model number is E5RCIC Serial Number C7122593 Am I right in thinking this is a 1981 motor which requires 50:1 fuel mixture.
