Trying to determine if my tilt/trim motor is serviceable. The motor turns but is making a grinding sound. It is only doing this when the lower plate of the resivoir is on. There is a small leak on a cylinder and it did at one point move the motor but very slowly. Anyone have any ideas? This is...
