I bought a boat with no prior boat owning knowledge. It will idle well and go in and out of gear. Once I go full throttle it will bog out and stall. I can stay half throttle and not get on plain but once I go WOT it dies. I replaced all the fuel lines. Did the fuel pump kit. New spark plugs...
