Suzuki DT 100 will not rev past 3000 under load, have cleaned carbs thoroughly. Starts & ticks over normally, on flush hose will rev & splutter & smoke for 2or3 attempts then wil rev to 5500 then will rev like that as long as I keep blipping throttle.Have cleaned/replaced filters & checked fuel...
