Sorry so long, I wanted to include all info.<br /><br />I have a 1995 115hp Yamaha that I had trouble with bogging down at high speeds. I rebuilt carbs and the engine fired right off and ran great at all speeds for a couple of trips out and then went back to bogging. So I cleaned carbs again...
