    points eliminator

    i have a 79 gulfstream with a chevy 305 and mallory distributor i recently put a new mallory points eliminator kit and now all it does is backfire when i try to start it. seems like timing maybe but its beyond my mechanical knowledge if anyone has suggestions please share. thank you

    mercury force L drive

    hi i have a 1990 merc force 120hp L drive with a bad lower unit . i found the dog gear clutch prop shaft assembly on ebay, I was wondering how hard it would be to swap out and if this will fix the unit? if anyone knows about this please let me know :confused:
