    87 Force 125 not opening up

    So I put my boat in the water today and it was running at 1/4 throttle just fine but when I went to get on it and opened up the throttle it didn't go any faster than 10 mph. It has new plugs, water pump and I drained the fuel separator so could this be fuel delivery problem? I left it running...
