Greetings,<br />I got a great deal on this motor, checked water impellor, and now cannot re-assemble the darn lower unit properly.<br /><br /> I can get it together by locking the shift lever UP with the lower's vent screw , then loosening the vent screw to allow the shift lever to move downward...
