I just bought this boat. the tilt/ trim makes noise when i try it but does nothing. I tried filling it with tilt/ trim oil and ran it up and down, still nothing. When i tried lifting it by hand it squirted fluid from what looks like a plug on the pump motor by the bottom. do I neet to replace...
