I have a 1996 40hp force. Had to remove powerhead recently to fix shift linkage. Got the boat all back together and now when I run the rpms up it blows fuel out of the carb and the starter trys to engage. Any ideas on what maybe causeing this???????????????:confused::confused::confused:
