    Now I'm going nuts! I worked out that I had no spark on the left bank of the V4 (looking at it from the rear) and so went throught the whole nine yards of: CDI unit , trigger stator etc... and nothing! then I disconnected the plug to the oil control unit and hey presto spark ong the left bank...
