I have a 1995 yamaha c85. had the carbs cleaned and adjusted by a local shop. plugs changed and all of the outboard serviced. before i brought it in it was surging at high speeds. the mechanic told me the floats were adjusted wrong. ...... doesnt surge now but has a miss(slight) at about 2000...
