I have I believe a 90's vintage 25 hp 3 cylinder. WOT unit runs straight true and normal. At cruise60% - 80% just fine.
IF I back off to an idle from full speed or cruise the engine slows down and stutters a bit and dies.
If I drive for about 1 - 3 minutes just above an idle it will be fine...
