    115 Suzuki throttle cable problem

    Just had a mechanic replace the throttle cables on my 1991 115 HP Suzuki DT. Noticed that neutral safety switch wire was not hooked up so I fixed that. Took boat out and it will not go above 7 MPH. This boat usually goes 47 MPH. The boat acts like she wants to fly but just can't get moving...
