i have an 89 suzuki cabrea el85 engine that is having serious rpm/throttle issues. i can start it up out of the water and run it at full throttle no problem at all, but as soon as it gets in the water under a load, the rpm cuts back to no more than 3200 rpm, and it will not accelerate at all...
