Hi,my yamaha four stroke has started full charging all the time when engine is turning enough rpm's to do so. Dealer said ck. battery connections etc. but I already had and even changed the battery. Engine has less than 100 hrs. and I'm concerned about the chronic over charging at 15.8 volts...
