    2003 150hp HPDI

    Engine won't start, just turns over... Things that I have done so far... Replaced the main fuel filter. Cleaned the VST Replaced the filter on the electric fuel pump. I still get no pressure at the VST valve? Is there anyway I can test the electric fuel pump? Resistance readings? Ideas.
