We recently came onto a nice 1994 Yamaha 40 HP with tilt & trim. The tilt/trim is not operational although there is voltage beyond the relays toward the motor and the relays switch as I assume they should. The motor itself cannot be raised or lowered by hand and there may be a release valve...
