I have 99 model 90 hp on 16' Skeeter that won't jump out of the hole. It will run 42mph + after leveling off but takes 10 seconds to do it. It sat for 5 years in storage before i bought it, lower unit is turning white, burns way to much fuel,starts okay and have run boat last 3 years like...
