I have a 150hp Suzuki outboard. When I shift the lever into forward or reverse it just increases the throttle speed as if in nuetral. I checked the cable and it is moving the triangular shaped lever on the outboard. I have not checked the lower unit oil yet. I was not sure if there was any safe...
