My buddy has a 1998 130 hp yamaha he had the carbs rebuilt last year. And ever since then it spits and misses at any rpm below 2000. After 2000 it takes off and runs great. He has tryed changing the fuel filter new plugs and different fuel and the same thing happens he has ran out of options...
