We just bought a 14-foot jon boat with a 1999 15 HP 4-stroke Suzuki and are having 2 issues I'm hoping someone can help with:
1. The motor pops up out of the water when put in reverse.
2. The motor shuts off in neutral unless it's being revved. Can't idle or go slow without it shutting off...
