    Thanks I'm finding your motor has TB4 ignition so timing should be 8* BTDC with idle set 650 to 700 RPM Plugs AC-MR43T / Champion RV15YC4 / NGK BR6FS Gap .040 (1mm) Thermostat 140*F (62*C)

    The clear Tygon tubing is connected between the primary and secondary diaphragm. If primary ruptures then fuel should be pushed up the tube and in the carb. The one which your getting nothing may have a issue with secondary diaphragm. Check fuel pressure, should be 3-7 psi.

    If possible I would remove the Gen to get at it. Most Gen's have few connections and being much lighter to deal with. If unable, then look at the exhaust manifold

    The motor has NOT jumped timing and there is absolutely no need to do any checks to check that it has not

    Welcome With the breaker popping it's more likely the the starter is the issue but things need to be tested. Can try to jump the starter at the solenoid. If it cranks then it's most likely the breaker, but be ready for smoke if the starter is shorted

    Ignition modules are same for auto as marine, there GM parts If you have a good digital meter and set it to the correct scale (not using auto function) then could be the coil is out of spec.
