    Those are thermal-declination phase-shift material breaches.... AKA freeze damaged. Manifolds are junk May want to pressure test the motor, before going any further with it. Don't assume it survived. Freeze cracks on Ford's usually leak when motor is warm, however fail a pressure test

    Keep dropping pitch until you get the RPM up to 4800 You will most likely need to re-gear or find someone that wants to swap

    With proper 50/50 mix in the block, and properly drained raw water side, the block is good for -34f If you didn't drain before attempting to flush with RV PG, then at best, assume +30f before something froze Did you drain the manifolds?

    Marine carbs do not have a cold idle cam. Adjust your choke a bit. Idle should be set when warm, in gear in the water
