Neighbor ploughed into a mud flat doing 20 plus Knots, motor stalled and large puff of oily smoke was emitted. Since the incident oil is appearing in the motor cowl pan in sufficient quantity that when the motor is raised oil is being deposited onto the aft transom deck.
