    bad ideas the rubber plug is for row boats. if you take the garboard plug out every trip, it wont corrode in.

    I just took the old glue off and then applied new glue. I dont think you need the additional steps unless you plan on fairing and gel coating.

    the impeller had to fill the motor up before it would exit. that is about 15-20 seconds if the block was empty

    circuit breakers go bad. so use a multi meter and test. most speedometers run on a pitot tube unless it has a GPS sensor

    The fuse block is only the B+ supply to your circuits. There is a buss strip in the fuse block in your pictures
