    1992 SFM190 Max Weight Aft?

Welcome aboard I would be moving the batteries and coolers to the bow myself. keep in mind, Large adults are subjective. are we talking 185# people or 300# people. the capacity tag on the transom is the total weight of motor/gear/fuel/people/beer that the boat is rated for. what does that...

    Boat engine hatch coring

PL isnt going to cut it. it wont cut it on your transom if you mix a big batch of PB and make it a bit loose, about the consistency of yogurt, you can use that. but keep in mind, the bigger the batch, the less working time you have as it will kick faster. you will need to spread it with a...

Stable Fishing Boat for a Big Man

the more pointy the front end, the less load it will carry up there. I recommend not stepping on the bow, however stepping into the mid section or the stern. a stratos or nitro or similar go-fast bass boat is intended to go from fishing hole to fishing hole at 70mph. Since it is just you...

    Oil pan size

you should also have an aluminum finned oil pan. I agree, leave it as is or go with a larger sump. FYI - even todays LT trucks with just a 5.3 in them have 8 quarts of oil.

Primer for Wood for oil-based Rustoleum?

I would use the old timers wood preservative. https://forums.iboats.com/threads/options-for-water-sealing-wood.753380/post-5736460 or I would thin out the primer with some acetone and get a few coats on prior to the paint. if the skin is really pitted, i would re-skin it. did someone use...
