It attaces to the top cowling to connect to the bottom cowling. I accidently snapped it in half and cant find a replacement anywhere? it goes to a 1997 mariner 200 efi magnum.
Not sure what the issue is here. The motor idles fine and takes off fine. I only hear this noise when i am at 4800 rpms or more and im full throttle when Im at 5000 rpms.
