    Evenrude 85 hp 1974 not running well

    I have had the boat in storage for 9 months and it ran fine last year. I cranked it in the garage and seemed OK.     1974 85HP Evinrude Rattle

    My mortor started making a rattling noise @ higher RPMs. It is fine @ idle. Sounds like something rattling around under the cowl. I looked for anything that could be lose but everything looks fine. It runs great. Thanks,
