    How do I test the power pack? I have seen mention of a S-80 tester, but I cannot find a place to purchase one. I am having ignition problems (no spark). I have an inline spark plug tester and I am getting nothing at both plugs.

    I have a evinrude 20hp Model E20CRCUR. Is it possible to install an electric start? Tired of the rope but not willing to throw away a perfectly good motor.
