Had a heck of a day

It cranks just fine just no fire. No voltage to the coil no voltage all the way to the solenoid. I jumpered the connection on the solenoid and got voltage to the coil but still no fire. I am having a video chat with a master craft expert this afternoon

Had a heck of a day

I don't get big feelings when things go awry so I didn't wreck the day. New prop arrived today, still trouble shooting the gremlin on the other boat.

Had a heck of a day

Dodged the break out another $1000 syndrome, I am cheap I refuse to finance toys so my boats are not new, that being said you have to learn how to fix them because nobody knows how to work on boats over 15 years old. I relied on a website and learned solenoid is bad it is a Napa part not a boat...

Had a heck of a day

I felt like crap my friend is a fellow wildland fire fighter he suffered a brain injury line of duty. Hey come on up bring the kids for a fun day on the water, instead it was a failure. Kids still kayaked and paddle boarded and fished but still not the epic day that was planned.

Had a heck of a day

Had a friend up and his wife and kids and their friends for a day on the water. First trip on the tube the ski boat dies. I spent the last 24 years driving at 29.25 miles per hour

I will probably have the highest mph over hours run. I drive 83 miles to work there are 2 stop signs between my home and my freeway exit near work. Set the cruise at 64 on the highway to the freeway and 79 on the freeway. Last truck had 197,000 on it before I wrecked it.

    Great loop speed record attempt

The Tombigbee with the winding path at times and barges can be a challenge but I think in a Jon you might be able to react faster. I went Pickwick to Bradenton round trip 10 times on 3 different floating RVs. I would rather do it with a Jon boat.
