    Exhaust manifold discovery?

It is not just converted Car/Truck Engines. Any Inboard Engine, that has Raw Water Cooling, needs complete draining, and sometimes RV Antifreeze added to be sure. Even those that have a Heat Exchanger, and can run Antifreeze in the Block, still have to drain the Manifolds and Raw Water Loop

    Oil 4 stroke Mercury 115hp

My Boat will do 67-68mph at 4800 rpm, I don't like to run it(5.7) for long at that Rpm cause it will shorten it's Lifespan Considerably. The Engine that came in the Boat lasted about 110hrs. It ran those 110 hrs without any Oil Filtration, and sounded like it had a Solid Lifter Cam in serious...

    Oil 4 stroke Mercury 115hp

There is a Spec, FC-W for 4 Stroke Marine Engines, just as the TCW-3 for 2 strokes. However that Spec is a Minimum, the low Bar for Oil Performance. I know that for Decades, the Outboard Engine Makers Oils, exceeded the TCW-* Standard, whist a lot of 3rd Party Oils met it, a few also Exceeded...

Crazy Strange with my primer bulb

Motor is in same Position, in the Water as on the Trailer? No Fuel pouring out the Fuel System and going Overboard? The Bulb has a Check Valve on each end. If one of them gets stuck open, you can squeeze it all Day and it will not pump Fuel. Did you try shaking the Bulb-Hose, when it wasn't...

    Oil 4 stroke Mercury 115hp

Welcome to iboats Mercury markets several Oils for your engine. Can't go wrong with them, especially during the Warranty Period. As mentioned above, avoid Auto Oils if you can, as they are speced/blended for Auto/Light Truck Engines, and Marine Engines operate in under different conditions
