HI, I bought a 1973 eska 9.9 seacruiser model 1933 A, the carburater has gas in it but its not going through to be fired, it will hit every now and then and try to run for a second and thats it, i took the carb off it looks okay and it looks like it had a carb kit put in it, can anybody tell me...
