    Mercruiser 165 Straight 6 - GPH ?

    All, I had my 165 hp straight 6 rebuilt last year and it runs great! But I'm a little worried about the amount of gas it is using. I have a 18 gallon tank and used over half of it just cruising around the lake at about 3k rpms in about an hour. That seems high to me. What are your thoughts...
