Linkage can be adjusted to fully engage forward or reverse but not both,with forward engaged in water reverse pops will not engage I can manually shift w/no problem. (the control box worked fine w/previous 65hp johnson 73') replaced the control cable,did not see internal ajdustments in manuel...
