    Identifying an Evinrude 4 YACHTWIN motor

    I am trying to identify the year of an Evinrude motor 4HP. On the cowl it has Evinrude 4 YACHTWIN There is also a tag on the transom holddown and there is a string of numbers on it 4336C C 83698 Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance for any help
