I have a 1958 Evinrude Fleetwin 7.5 HP. I've replaced the spard coils, have a complression (as near as I can register) of 40 psi per cylinder, and new plugs. I can't see much of an adjustment for the coils but not sure I'm getting spark. I've mixed oil at 24:1 with unleaded gas. How do I...
