I have a 115hp 1969 evinrude outboard that has just lost A new pulse pack.
It had app. 8-10 runs on it. I have purchased a new one, but want to know what else could be wrong, as I dont want to burn up the new one. Is this engine supposed to charge my battery, and could this be why my tach doesnt...
