    OK, I'm stumped so far. I've got a '92 OMC 115 HP Quietrider VRO (V115SLEND) that idles fine but won't rev up under load. Seems like I'm stuck in SLOW mode in that I can't rev up past 2500 RPMs under load, but it will rev up smoothlywith no problem past 2500 while in neutral or even in gear...
