    buying fuel line for HPDI ? after the VST

    ok where can i buy the black hi pressure fuel line the comes after the vst tank and the med pressure filter. what psi is this line. regular automotive fuel line, OK or not? is it yamaha dealer item ? and can i get it by the foot?

    corrosion on battery cable black wire 2001 z150tlrz hpdi

    the battery cable is corroded with green and black wire inside the yamaha cables. it still starts but i am wondering if the corrosion might be causing problems with the hpdi electronics on the motor itself... do i have to use yamaha cables or can i make my own

    i used west marines cheap tcw3 non-fuel injection oil instead of the fuel injected type in the oil tank. it had about 1 gallon of yamalube in the tank and i added the 1 gallon of the cheap stuff. its already smoking more than usual. Should i just dilute it by adding 2 more gallons of the...

    i have a temperature gauge on the boat ( its not hooked up) but would like to know where to hook it up on the motor? the motor is a 2001 z150tlrz 150hp HPDI 2 stroke. also where do you connect for a water pressure gauge?

    corrosion on trim ram assembly? reducing

    what the best way to hopefully slow down/reduce the corrosion and pitting that is occurring on the of the aluminum part of the trim ram assembly. it sits in salt water. anodes are all in good shape and there is nobody docked nearby. its not leaking but if i don't do something it will. thx

    2001 Z150TLRZ HPDI Fuses 60 amp? or 80.

    can anyone confirm that the 80 amp fuses that my 2001 Z150 TLRZ HPDI 150 hp 2 stroke has have been superseded/replaced by 60 amp fuses from Yamaha.

    tilt trim spurting fluid ? Bleeding

    OK i 've followed the service manual and have read the posts. Yet when try to replenish the tilt trim reservoir it spurts out more than i can put in. i had to replace the electric motor, after i did that i attempted to bleed the air out only to lose more fluid. Its got a lot of air pressure...

    Hi idle 150HPDI, what to CK?

    Its a 2001 150 HP HPDI Z150TLRZ OK i've run it a few times and still can't get the idle to reduce down to 800/900 RPMS from 1400. Can I get a few suggestions on what to look for or check. If i push on the carb linkage i can force it to lower but as soon as i release the linkage it increases back...
