    1974 85HP evinrude outboard starting problems

    I have an unknown year 85hp evinrude outboard i can't find serial or model # on motor please help..<br />Also I can't get it to start last year while at the lake it died while shifting.. when trying to restart it pops the little fuse up on the side by the flywheel help?? I can't even turn it...
