    Lowrance HDS 5X Echosounder

    I currently have a Lowrance X135 Fishfinder. I am considering upgrading to a HDS-5x Multifunction Echosounder. Do I also need a new transducer or can I use the one on the X135? Also can anyone explain the difference in the two transducers that are available with the HDS-5x? Thanks:cool:
